Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) Sample Report

A QIMA pre-shipment inspection report provides you with a pass/no pass result, an overview of key findings, and a detailed report of the inspection results. Our PSI reports include clear images showing all inspection points, so you can see exactly what was discovered. All inspections are conducted to your specifications and include comprehensive testing criteria on: functionality, performance, durability, overall performance, and dimension.

What checks are carried out?

For all pre-shipment inspection reports, we test your products before they are dispatched, using the internationally recognized ANSI/ASQC Z1.4 (ISO 2859-1) statistical sampling method. After you order an QIMA PSI report, our inspector is onsite within 48 hours, and the final report is delivered to you on the day of the inspection.

• Quantities of semi-finished, finished and packed products

• Product colors

• Product style and construction

• Artwork including spelling, fonts, dimensions, positioning and general design

• Labels including main labels, care labels, size labels and product tags

QIMA provides independent quality control designed to protect your business interests. Our highly trained inspectors are product experts who receive regular training in their field of specialization. Our inspectors can be onsite at your factory within 48 hours of booking, and reports are provided on the same day as the inspection.
