QIMA Recognized by Sagemcom for Client-First Approach

QIMA, a global quality control and supplier compliance service provider, announced today that it has been named the ‘No. 1 Supplier’ in the client-centric category by French high-tech group Sagemcom. The award was announced during Sagemcom’s annual supplier conference in Shenzhen on 20 March.
With operations in more than 40 countries, Sagemcom is a world leader in broadband terminals, convergence and energy solutions. Since becoming partners in 2017, QIMA has conducted an extensive supplier audit program for Sagemcom in more than 10 countries including Austria, China, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Poland and Thailand. Currently, QIMA is conducting ethical audits for Sagemcom’s suppliers in accordance with Sagemcom’s Code of Conduct.
Sagemcom evaluated its suppliers based on its five core corporate values: agility, team power, efficiency, creativity and client-centric. Fifteen awards were presented and QIMA ranked No.1 in the client-centric assessment.
